Charangueando Online was founded in 2014 by the charanguist musician Willy Rios. For 6 years now, the virtual school has offered live courses via Skype or Zoom. For all ages and all levels! Lessons are available in English, Spanish, and French.

How it all started?
It all started with the need for a student who could not come to in-person lessons during a snowstorm in December 2014 in Montreal. It was important for the student not to fail this lesson and we decided to try a video call on Skype to see how it would be to teach online. The result was surprising thanks to the speed of the internet which was very important for the success of the course. The student no longer had to travel 45 minutes to get to the courses and could study from the comfort of her home. He liked the idea of continuing the online lessons. This is how the idea of expanding the courses and making virtual classes to all parts of the world was born. Thanks to all the students who passed through the Charangueando Online school and who continue to "charangueando" with us.
